NFGLG is a registered charity and as such is non political it is willing and will work with who ever comes to power in the next election.

Conservative policy on planning:

We were somewhat dismayed at this policy on planning we felt pandered to the wider electorate.

Also dismayed that the Communities and Local Government chose to launch its Anti Social behaviour guide which we felt also pandered to the wider electorate. Please see reply from member of Task Group on Site Provision

The Communities and Local Government Committee announces thats its first inquiry of the new Parliament will be into the abolition of regional spatial strategies, NFGLG has undertaken a submission to this enquiry.

NFGLG were dismayed that many decisions appear to have made without much thought to equality or cohesion, please see reply to the letter sent asking if an equality impact assessment had been carried out before Mr Pickles announced his intention to abolish them.This is CLG reply to that letter:
