Gypsy, Roma and Traveller children are most at risk of failure in the education system. You can help to ensure they gain early access to education. Carrying out a training needs analysis with staff from early years services and primary school settings, you will then deliver a training programme that addresses the issues involved. Experienced in early years education and government policies relating to social inclusion, you should also be used to designing and delivering training in individual and group settings to a variety of audiences. This part-time post is for 21 hours per week and is offered on a fixed-term contract until March 2009.
